TenderBrief
For small firms that bid for public contracts

The contract that fits you, briefed. The bid, drafted in 72 hours.

Every weekday we read the new UK public tenders and match them to firms that have already won similar work. When one fits you, we send a free one-page brief. If you bid, we draft every answer, and you pay only after you've read it.

How it works

  1. We match

Agents scan Find a Tender for contracts closing in 10 to 30 days and match them to firms with a similar win on record.

  2. You get a brief

One page: what the buyer wants, how it's scored, what you'd need and how your past work fits. Free.

  3. We draft

Reply "draft" and send the pack. In 72 hours you get every answer, written to its word limit and scoring criteria.

  4. You pay after reading

Read the watermarked preview, pay by card for the Word file, then edit and submit it yourself.

What we do

  • Draft only from facts you give us or that are public: your website, your past award notices.
  • Mark anything we can't verify as "[client to confirm]".
  • Have a person read every draft before it reaches you.
  • Keep your documents confidential and delete them after 12 months unless you ask us to keep your answer library.

What we don't

  • Promise that you will win.
  • Log in to tender portals or submit bids for you.
  • Set your prices or give legal or financial advice.
  • Invent experience, case studies, staff or accreditations.

Questions

Can we use AI to write a public sector bid?

Yes. Cabinet Office guidance says suppliers' use of AI is not prohibited. A buyer may ask you to disclose it, and that answer should not be scored (PPN 017). You check and sign off every fact before you submit.

What do you need from us?

The tender pack and a 15-minute questionnaire. We also read your website and your past contract notices.

What if the draft isn't good enough?

Don't pay for it. If you paid upfront for 48-hour delivery and we're late, you get your money back.

Why did you email us?

Your company has won a public contract like one that is open now. We email only limited companies, at their work addresses, and we stop as soon as you say "no".

Who sees our documents?

Only TenderBrief and the services we use to run it: email, payments, hosting and the AI model that drafts. See the privacy notice.
