Terms of business

1. The service

We write first drafts of bid responses, bid reviews and contract briefs, and send weekly matched contracts (the radar). The scope of each order is what we confirm by email when you place it.

2. Your part

• Send the tender documents and answer our questionnaire.
• Check every fact, figure and commitment in the draft before you use it; you are responsible for what you submit.
• Download documents from, and submit through, the buyer's portal yourself.
• Tell the buyer about AI-assisted drafting if they ask.

3. Price and payment

Prices are those on our website on the day you order. A bid draft is paid by card after you read the preview, or upfront for 48-hour delivery. The radar renews monthly until you cancel.

4. Refunds

If an upfront order arrives late, we refund it in full. If a bid review is no use to you, ask within 7 days for a refund.

5. No promise of success

Buyers decide contracts. We do not promise that any bid will win.

6. Ownership

Once you have paid, the text we wrote for you is yours to use and change.

7. Confidentiality

We keep your documents confidential and use them only to serve you. We delete them after 12 months unless you ask us to keep them.

8. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the fee you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
